August Adventures

August was an exciting and busy month for us. Here are some of the highlights.

Rachel and Jacob Sewell from Boston stayed with us. Jeremy and Rachel rode all the rides on top of the Stratosphere.Grandpa Don from Salt Lake hung out with us for a few days.

Noelle made climbing on the table a habit. Ughhh!

Nathan turned four. We had a pancake breakfast with the immediate family.

"Spiderman" on his birthday.

Nathan and some close friends partied with Chuck E. Cheese.

The Spiderman cake! Great job Jeremy!!!

We stayed with Dave and Kristi Sewell in Salt Lake City. The Boston Sewells were there for a few days too. We had a lot of fun visiting with everyone.

We took Don and Donna out for their 40th wedding anniversary. Congratulations!!!

We went to the Hogle Zoo and the dinosaur museum.

Nathan's favorite animal is the zebra.

The Ghost of Hogle Zoo.

Paris and Nathan at the museum.

Kristi and I relaxed while getting facials.

Jeremy saw a few of his buddies from high school.

We had breakfast with Toby Roth before he went to the MTC to get ready for his mission in Denver, Colorado. Good luck!!

We went camping by Beaver, UT with Grandma Carolyn, Papa Clancy, Aunt Jeri and Aunt Teresa.

Nathan helped reel in his first fish.

I caught my first fish as an adult.Noelle is the cutest camping girl I have ever seen.

Jeremy and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary by eating at Sensi inside the Bellagio Hotel.

While these adventures were happening, these sweet potatoes were growing things in our pantry.

Those sweet potatoes are HILARIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!! They look like crazy squid! Looks like you had a fun August and way to go on the fish! You are looking way skinny these days too--you must have been dancing your tail off for that show! We're glad you guys are well and just can't believe how big Nathan and Noelle are getting these days!!!!!

All of it looks so fun! I especially love Noelle's tent - she knows how to camp in style.

Sorry I took so long to tell you, but my shelfari has 12 books.

I love blogs! Your pictures were so fun. We haven't been on vacation for so long so I am vicariously living through your fun pictures. I love the albino croc--it doesn't look real! I also loved Noelle and her castle tent--classic! Nathan holding the fish looks a lot tougher then you holding the same size of fish, but good job Susie! I'm glad you guys had so much fun. And Noelle the table climber--time to put all the chairs in a different room. I've had to do that with both of my boys from the time they were 18 months to 2 years to keep them off the table.
