This morning I had an opportunity to substitute teach a dance class over at the community college. The class went really well, and thank you Leslie for asking me to teach the class. However, about five minutes before the class was over, I adjusted my pants and I said aloud (I'm not sure why I said it aloud) "oh, it felt like I had a hole." Then the students in the class proceeded to tell me that I did have a hole! The entire hour and a half I had been dancing and giving instruction to the students with a big hole in the butt part of my pants. How embarrassing!
I would love to teach the class again, but next time I am going to make sure there are no holes in my pants. Feel free to share some of your embarrassing moments so I don't feel so bad!

How funny. It's probably better you didn't find out until the end of class though rather than in the middle of class. At least saying something outloud about the hole sorta makes you "in" on the joke-that sometimes helps to lighten the embarrasment a little!
Bob and I were both laughing SO hard when we read this post! Too funny! I agree with the Anderson's that it really is better that you didn't know til the end so you could be uninhibited and do a great job of teaching, which I'm sure you did, and that you made your comment aloud to lighten it up a little! I'm sure the class thought it was great that you could laugh about it! Now you'll be double-checking all your pants for a while! I know I will! :)

It's ok Susie... last time i have a hole in the butt of my pants, I walked around sears for an hour before i noticed. I thought everyone was just staring b/c i was having a "good butt" day... sadly, I was also wearing a thong. so yea, there was a lot to see :(
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH my Susie!! I am truly crawling under my desk for you! I have had many embarrassing moments. My most recent one was in September. I took the boys to Springs Preserve and they have a Wolfgang Puck Cafe that we had lunch at. When we got home I discovered that I had been walking around with a toilet seat cover sticking out the back of my pants for almost an hour at the springs preserve and including the time we went to lunch. I was thoroughly embarrassed!!
