5 lbs. later

I stood on the scale this morning and to no surprise, I was 5 lbs heavier. My husband was smart, he avoided that dreadful thing. Nonetheless, we had a fabulous holiday. My mom made a wonderful dinner last Wednesday with all of the family in Las Vegas. On Thursday, we traveled to Salt Lake City, and enjoyed dinner and the weekend with all of the family in Salt Lake. I always enjoy going to SLC for Thanksgiving. Thanks to Dave and Kristi for their hospitality, and thanks again to Don and Donna for the delicious birthday dinner.

I would love to hear all about your turkey day. Did you gain 5 lbs too?

Here a few pictures from last week. I didn't do a very good job of taking pictures. However, that is partly due to the fact that we misplaced our camera for part of it.

Despite looking unhappy in this picture, Kristi and I were having fun together.

Well I haven't weighed my self, but my uniform feels a little tighter. I also had a second wonderful dinner over at the Radman's house on Thursday after I got off work. Jeanie makes the best sweet potatoes. I'm looking forward to all the Holiday festivities. I'm glad you had a good time and I'm glad your home I missed you guys.

Sounds like you guys had a good holiday. I'm sorry Nathan missed his party - his hat was cute too! The good thing about being pregnant during the holidays is I can eat as much as I want since I know I'll be gaining weight anyway. I keep joking around saying for the New Year I am going to drop 30 pounds practically overnight. We'll see...

I have gained 20 lb since May. The good thing is I have a baby in my tummy the depressing thing is that I know he doesn't weigh 20 lb and I still have 15 weeks to go! In fact my doctor even told me it might be wise of me to cut down on my potato intake! (Potatoes in any form are my weakness.)
